Tracking Your Wallet Balance and Transaction History

Overview

Fara makes it simple to keep track of your money. You can check your wallet balance at any time and review all past transactions in detail. This ensures you always know how much you have available and where your funds are going.

Checking Your Wallet Balance

  • Log in to your Fara account and go to the dashboard.

  • Your wallet balances are displayed for the Main Wallet and any project wallets you have created.

  • Balances update automatically after every transaction, including funding, transfers, and payments.

Viewing Transaction History

  • Open the wallet you want to review.

  • Select Transaction History to see a list of all completed and pending transactions.

  • Each entry shows the date, transaction type, amount, and status.

  • Use filters to narrow results by project, date range, or transaction type.

Why This Matters

  • Transparency: Every deposit, transfer, and payment is recorded for full accountability.

  • Budget Control: Knowing your real-time balance helps you manage project spending.

  • Audit Trail: Detailed transaction records serve as proof of payments to vendors and partners.

Notes & Tips

  • Pending transactions may take time to reflect, depending on the payment method used.

  • You can export your transaction history for record-keeping or sharing with stakeholders.

  • Regularly reviewing your wallet ensures you stay within budget and avoid missed expenses.
