Mistakenly entered the wrong amount or changed your mind about a funding request? On Fara, you can easily cancel a funding request as long as it is still marked Pending. This gives you control and flexibility before the transaction is processed by the operations team.
A request you’ve submitted to add money to your wallet but has not yet been processed.
Shows up in your Transactions → Funding section with the status “Pending.”
Can be canceled and resubmitted without needing to contact Support.
Correction of Errors: If you entered the wrong amount or missed adding your reference code.
Change of Plans: You decide not to fund your wallet immediately.

Log In
Access your Fara dashboard.
Go to Transactions
Click on Transactions and select Funding.
Check Status
Look at the status of your funding request.
If it shows Pending, you can proceed with cancellation.
Cancel the Request
Click Cancel next to the transaction.
The request will be removed from your pending list.
Resubmit if Needed
If you made a mistake, create a new funding request with the correct details.
Once the Ops Team updates the status to Processing, the request is locked and cannot be canceled.
Always double-check your funding amount and reference code before submission.
If you miss the cancellation window, you’ll need to wait for the transaction to complete and then request adjustments through Support.
